Class Details and Course Introduction

Language Class

• From 09:00 to 13:00, students have an integrated course based on various learning activities for speaking, listening, reading, writing, vocabulary, and grammar.
• Students have real opportunities for communication during the group project and cooperative activities; they learn Korean culture needed for communication in various interactions.

Cultural Class

• The cultural class from 14:00 to 16:00 includes group cultural activities and a personal assignment.
• The group cultural activities allow students to experience activities that they have been interested in. Every class has an expert instructor, accompanied by a Korean teacher. (Ex. cooking, K-pop dances, Taekwondo, etc.)
• The personal assignment allows students to independently set up plans based on their own interests, focused on the recommended activity list, and then implement the task. (Ex. Hangang Park, Noryangjin Fisheries Market, Bukhansan Mountain, Gyeongbokgung Palace, Jongno, Seoul N Tower, Gwangjang Market, Jjimjilbang (Korean dry sauna), Noraebang, night scenery, temple stay, etc.)

Field Trip

• There will be a field trip to visit a famous location around Seoul.
• This will serve as an opportunity to appreciate the unique beauty of Korea’s nature that cannot be felt in the urban area. (Ex. Gwangmyeong cave, arboretum, etc.)

• Materials
• • Smartphone, tablet, or laptop
  • These are needed for Internet access, taking pictures, and creating documents for the presentation.

• Pledge
• • All courses are in Korean.
  • All students must pledge that they will only use Korean during the program.

Registration

• Requirement

  A high school degree or higher and the ability to read and write Hangeul

    When the school issues the payment notice, pay the cost as overseas remittance

Dormitory

• Dormitory may reach capacity on a first-come, first-served basis.
