[Apology for Delayed Response]

 

Dear students and applicants,

 

We’d like to apologize to you for the inconvenience to have contacted us since December 2 due to an error in the mail server caused by unexpected obstruction.

This obstruction was caused by unexpected malfunctions of the storage controller to maintain mail data.

 

The Institute of Information & Communication, Sogang University has been putting their best efforts to restore the malfunction in a short time.

We also regret that the e-mails which arrived between December 2(Wed.) 7 p.m. December 5(Sat.) 9 a.m. remained difficult to check.

 

For those who sent us an e-mail during the above period, we’d like you to resend us the e-mail. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

We do apologize again for having troubled you.

现在学校的相关部门正在修复邮件系统。不过，在12月2号晚上7点到12月5号上午9点之间收到的邮件恐怕不能完全修复。

 

如果您在此期间有发过邮件的话，请再把同样的内同写e-mail给我们。我们会尽快给您回复。

メールのサーバーを担当する西江大学情報通信院から、近いうちにデータを復旧するため最善を尽くしているという答えを貰いましたが、

 

今のところ、2015年12月2日（火）午後7時から12月5日（土）午前9時までお送り頂いているメールは、

確認が取れない状態でございます。

 

上記の期限の間にメールをお送り下さった方は、お手数をお掛けしますが、メールの再発送や、お電話（+82-2-705-8088）

でのお問い合わせをお願いいたします。
